TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. As a condition of accepting this agreement, the client warrants that he/she will not use the information shared to flout any applicable laws, rules and regulations at any level.
2. All transactions will be in Indian rupees with the applicable service taxes as such.
3. All the information gathered through the investigations will be treated with utmost sincerity and confidence.
4. We at our agency reserve the rights to change the policies of the terms and conditions as and when we want with or without prior notice.
5. Client agrees to be fully responsible of the payment made for the services whether they need it or not once the payment is made.
6. We take 60% payment in advance and remaining 40% on the third day of the investigation to get the daily updates of report during the investigation period.
7. The payment received is non-refundable if the client abruptly decides to end the services or any act of that nature.
8. However, we at our agency strive to give the best possible results to our clients based on the investigations conducted. Sometimes, the results can be negative also.
9. If clients are unhappy with our services, then they can directly write to us instead to defaming and writing against us on the internet.

Refund Policy –

We are not going to refund any services amount any case any reason this is final terms & conditions.
